DD has superior agility and possibly reflexes, but Cap is about equal with him in raw skill and superior in every other stat, add in DD's senses and it would be a close fight, but Cap wins 9/10,simply because I don't think DD has anything to put him down with, but with enough shield bashes DD will hit the floor.

DD is faster, has better H2H,better reflexes, more agile and better durability feats imo. The only thing Cap has on him is strength.
I say DD takes majority 6-7/10
I agree Daredevil has better reflexes and agility. I'd say combat speed was pretty even - it's not like one of them can't react to the other. But what durability feats has Matt got that surpass Steves? Thinking back I remember DD being pretty durable, but Cap has some great feats of his own. Possibly better ones. And yeah, strength goes to Steve.
Also, I'd say their skill was roughly the same. The only thing that puts Steve ahead for me is his shield, his strength and his durability. He's just bigger and tougher. Daredevil makes it a great fight due to his agility and reflexes though.
