• Fight takes places in Modern Day New York
• They both have no prep
• They start three hundred yards away from each other
• They both have knowledge of each other
• They both have full gear

Steel's hammer did all that crazy shhhhtuff. Going with him for now.

Bump......and Steel's hammer was pretty non-lethal.

Steel also has Shaq-Fu going for him.

Batman is done.

In all honesty as much as I hated Steel, This dude wins. Batman can't get through the armor, and if he engages in hand to hand, Steel should take him, not simply due to skill, but I believe Bruces hands will break before Irons suit does.

@guardiandevil83:Yeah but it Bruce takes the fight to anywhere other than the ground Steel's agility is so terrible he'll be pretty much stuck, Steel couldn't even jump a small gap with out slipping off.

In that case, he most likely wouldn't leave the ground. He'd probably stay on the ground in a safe area, while Bruce attempts to take it somewhere else.
