Who wins and why?

Giving batman no prep is the equivalent to giving Marilyn Monroe no sex appeal.

TMF is a nonfactor almost. Mother Russia kills Batman.

Batman. He has better feats.

Beating SWAT teams > Beating normal cops.

Beating Ra's al Ghul and Bane > Beating, then losing to, Hit-Girl

Not to mention fighting ninjas, experienced mercenaries, real criminal organizations, etc.

A dagger is different than a sword. Anyone who understands weapons knows that. Daggers can fit through crevices that a sword cannot. Also, he did not see the attack coming. You're really going to use Talia as a combat feat? Also, Mother Russia's sword was a slashing / cutting weapon, not a stabbing weapon. Batman's armor can take slashes, not stabs - or at least not precise stabs. That's assuming that he doesn't just disarm her the second she swings.

We've seen him against sword users. He beat Ra's without much trouble, and he fought many of his ninjas.

Look, I know you like Hit-Girl. That has no place in an actual debate. Nobody in Kick-Ass can keep up with the Nolanverse.

Don't need them. I've seen the movies and read the comics - you're not going to show me anything that will impress me.

Hit-Girl vs Catwoman is debatable. "Robin" held his own against Bane's thugs. Yes, he would beat Kick-Ass.

Hit-girl is more durable, faster, heavily more armed. And batman will hold back against a little girl. Hit-Girl wins. And Mother Russia was kidding around Hit-Girl.

@jedixman: off topic yes I know. But Robin only feats were like shooting two people. Kick ass has durability feats and fighting skills. I'll see later if I can put a decent argument up for mother Russia. I'm just on a phone at the moment.

The only reason that the Joker gains an upper hand is because Batman was blinded.

Now, Batman vs Bane, round 2. Again, Batman is fighting somebody faster and stronger than anyone in Kick-Ass. Don't think he's strong? Ask the pillar at 2:25. Also, don't think Batman is durable? He's the guy who was taking those punches.

Look at the clip above of batman and banes fight you will see that batman displayed a fighting style similar to boxing which is inferior to hit girl or mother Russia. Hit girl after " last resort " would be nothing more than a blur to batman but look at her fight on to of the truck or against Mother Russia..... Lets give respect where it's due

@thanosii: Mother Russia was absolutely massacred by a fifteen year old, five foot girl on adrenaline. Everyone Mother Russia fought were completely taken by surprise or featless police officers. Batman's feats largely outweigh anything she's done.

well the batman nolan sucks,you should refer to the comic batman or the arkham series batman.

First things first, in the arkham series batman, batman can beat mother russia due to his intelligence and martial arts.If batman punches mother russia,ofcourse mother russia wont be affected by batman's punches.Since batman knows,he will find a way by using his IQ (Intelligence quotient).Plus batman learned all 127 martial arts.Read comics to get more info about batman.

It kinda looked like Mindy was busting Franks ass and that he won because he was stronger, not more skilled. Older, more seasoned Mindy from two might have crushed him.

Its very easy to compare, Mother Russia was much like Hardy Bane, except with better strength and blocking feats, and no glaring weak point on her face. Baleman only beat Bane due to the weak point, which isn't a factor here, so she wins.

and that's me being extremely generous to the Dark Knight characters.

MF goes down quick, which follows a battle between Bats and Mother Russia, which probably ends in a tie, or Mother Russia winning considering we're talking about movie versions.

If it were comic versions Batman would win, rather easily.

TDKR Batman was only washed up pre-pit. However, he was still able to operate effectively and take on LOS members with ease (though they can be considered canon-fodder).

Post-prison Bruce was Bruce in his prime.

No he was not. The final fight between Bane and Batman was a joke. It was essentially a boxing match. (so was the first fight for the matter)

The cartilage in his joints were completely gone. That isn't something you can get back by working out in a prison.
