Ok then this is tough but i give it to slade and oliver, team 2 doesnt have the range attacks while oliver does and that is how they will win

Slade and Arrow. Slade was a beast!

Team 1 because of their stats. Mother russia and bane have the overwhelming strength, weight and height advantage over the other two. Theres a reason why boxing seperates boxers into different weight categories.

Leaning towards team 2 mainly due to the big skill gap (mainly from Ollie against the other two). I think Slade should be able to hold his own against Bane at least, but I don't remember much of Mother Russia's feats to be honest.
