If he has prep then he can pick the location - therefore any mutant that can be killed by standard means that doesn't have any extra-sensory perception or super-speed ...

@ChaosBlazer: It's the Queen Brood I believe. It also took out that body thing below it. (You can see that weird body on the ground underneath half of the Queen).

Didn't Bullseye sneak onto Genosha and kill and kill a "invincible" mutant with a poison needle in the ear right under Magneto's nose, just to prove he could?

All the scans in the world of Cyclops blast wont do crap to stop a sniper bullet he's not expecting in the back of the head from 2000 meters away now is it.
So the fact remains he can kill him if he wants with prep, and I don't know anyone who wouldn't call that a win.

Not by Marvel standards he's not. That makes him a mutate not a mutant who in marvel has to have been born with chromosomal changes pertinent to evolution. Fine but correct distinction.
