Was Classic Strange ever actually shown to be a universal power or equal/superior to Eternity under his own power? Because I think that would be a minimum for fighting the TR.
And if we're talking Zero Hour Parallax here, I think most of the characters on the list become irrelevant. I mean, ZHP took down Spectre. Of course, the problem with comparing him to the TR is that TR only appeared once, in some weird hyper-dimension (which makes it hard to gain any real perspective on the magnitude of power involved), and only battled one character who also has virtually no feats, but who later shows up in "normal" space, and promptly gets curbstomped by a small army of Supermen and Green Lanterns.
I dunno. The TR's power is pretty indeterminate. Even the hearsay about Mandrakk having the power of 52 universes is basically discredited by him saying in the same line that it is also the power of something like a billion suns, which would normally amount to about 1 smallish galaxy.
Round 1: Well, as far as I'm aware, the SOS grants true omnipotence, so that would win there, no matter who's using it.
Round 2: I'll vote for the team. Hal is a beast, and SA Dr. Fate, Classic Strange, and RKT should, given a week, be able to come up with phenomenally powerful magics to throw at the thing while Hal tussles with it. And if the TR is only as powerful in normal space as Mandrakk appeared to be, then a lot of these guys could probably solo it.
