Who is the most powerful character that Orochimaru can beat in a random encounter?

Oro is a solid mid-tier with insane regen and durability. I would say Ironman.

This guy is the most badass character Orochimaru could beat.

I put him around street level since he had trouble with the 3rd Hokage's martial arts moves. Orochimaru wouldn't be able to beat anyone with regeneration. I'd say Deadpool or Wolverine are where he stops, they would outlast him. Maybe street levelers like Captain America (with no regen) would be an even fight for Oro.

I think Orochimaru is in a weird tier. He is above street level but he isn't iron man level.
