Who is the most powerful character that current Kingpin can beat in a random encounter? Assuming this is strictly a hand-to-hand fight and everyone is morals on.

I'd say probably punisher. He could give cap a decent fight but would lose due to cap being the strongest a human can be. daredevil is also one of the best he can beat
