I'd say Thor is more powerful than Qusar or Photon. Iron Man has been able to absorb Photon's energy output so I think Mjolnir could as well. Part of it is his experience as well.

Is Phantom Stranger a real pure Justice League member? I thought he just float around DC comics stories.

Martian Manhunter probably beats Thor. Flash might, as well.

Actually neither "classic" Strange or "Classic" Fate were members. Strange finally joined the Avengers (if I'm not mistaken) after Civil War, which was well after "classic" version.While classic Fated aided the JLA (usually in JLA/JSA cross overs) the first version of Fate to actually Join the JLA was the Straus' Fate, which was also after "classic. Neither here nor there the version of Strange at the time was as equal to the Straus Fate as their classic versions were (both should be stale mates).If you take these two out of the equation, I'd argue the most powerful Avenger comes down to Captain Marvel (and I mean Mar-vell not Photon) who was an avenger (even if his membership was only made posthumously), Thor, or Sentry (needless to say I'm leaving squirrel girl out of the equation) "
I assume you were referring to Linda joining the Justice League in JL #30. Now, while I have no idea whether or not SA Fate was ever a part of the JLA, he was technically a part of it in Post-Crisis continuity. When the Justice League volume was revamped after the crisis in the late eighties and was just titled "Justice League," Fate was very briefly a member. He remained with the League (along with Mr. Miracle, Guy Gardner, Blue Beetle, Batman, Martian Manhunter, Doctor Light, and Captain Marvel) until issue 4 or 5, I think (the exact issue number eludes me) after he defeated the Gray Man. Now, at that point, the Justice League had no third letter in its abbreviation and was not affiliated with any country or continent. After issue 7, they merged into the Justice League International. Not exactly sure if the OP intended for this to be only a JLA member or if any other versions of the team are applicable. But for a very short time, Fate was with the JL.
See the problem here is the fact that in the heroic age of marvel the Avengers are five teams, with Prince of Orphans being the single most powerful member and is on the Avengers Secret team, then you Wiccan, who is the technically the son of scarlet witch, and has the potential to be alot like classic strange ( doubt marvel will that) Then you have Red Hulk ( thunderbolt Ross) not sure if he can still absorb energy though,but he was able to take the silver surfer And of course Thor
Now for the JLA side, you have Donna Troy, and Supergirl
As the current JLA is a much smaller roster......
So this is how i see it, All one on one fights of course
Prince of Orphans beats both Troy and Supergirl Donna Beats Wiccan Supergirl Beats Wiccan ( can go either way, if supergirl does not speed blitz) Now as for the last two it gets hard and i really dont feel like starting that massive debate

The reason i will not weigh in on this, id due to the fact Red Hulk has only been around for about 3 years, and has had great showings, i feel marvel can and will Nerf him in the near future, if they hadn't already ( i have been reading the trades)

Sentry during the seige, was insane, shots from thor were nothing, he killed ares with ease. dropped asguard, shrugged off lokis attacks loki using the norn stones, but it was cause the void was in full controll, of the sentry's body and powers, as well his own, and was only beat cause Bob got control of his body again, and begged thor to kill him, they could do nothing to him
@beatboks1: I just checked the issues, and it seems ambiguous. Fate arrived for the JL's first conference and worked with them on their first assignment. He was absent for the next two (the nuclear busters and the Royal Flush Gang) but then returned when the Gray Man decided to surface. So he made it appear as if he was a member but came and went of his own accord.
