Saber can destroy atoms with Excalibur and Naruto can't really harm Saber if she have Avalon.

@justsomerandomkid i know the above was one of her attack. she can also reportedly fly 4000 meters in 1 second while dodging a mach 10 magic arrow (2:40) and has very fast combat reflexes:

@homicidalmaniac: For the first part of your post how fast is she exactly and for the second part i ask how?

She is in the Mach 10+ scale at least and Avalon make Saber immune to attacks if it magical or non magical.

@knightofzero: I'm assuming the below panel is a her combat reflexes? Thy doesn't really look like it out ways Naruto's though. But I don't really know, this Excalibur thing and Avalon thing is something i know nothing about so I'm not going to debate anything.

Not sure how either of the characters got into 'most powerful anime characters.. they won't make top 100 in their wildest fantasies..

Saber would stomp with Avalon. It shields her from all destructive interference in the physical realm. Even if she doesn't use Avalon's function, it would still automathically heal her from all injuries in seconds unless he manage to destroy the spiritual core located in her head, which i highly doubt he could because of her skill & rank A instincts.

One blast by Excalibur should be more than enough to take down Naruto and i don't see him dodging it because of its speed, massive AoE and Saber's precognition-like instincts.

Omnidirectional blast covered city and wiped out every shadow beasts.
