Two of Capcom's iconic and most powerful fighting game characters face off...

Rules:

• Both are in character
• Storyline and endings from Street Fighter and Darkstalker games are canon and thus legitimate sources of feats
• Appearances and feats from official anime and Udon Comics are also fair sources
• Vs. games and crossover titles are NOT canon, so please don't bring up Akuma busting asteroids...
• Two rounds (see below)
• No BFR, win by death or knock-out

Morrigan wins R1 due to speed, and overall variety of abilities.

R2 is hard to determine as the only time we've seen Morrigan with Belial absorbed is in the vs. games like Marvel vs Capcom: Clash of Superheroes and the OP says Vs. games aren't canon. I don't know how powerful Oni Akuma is.

@juiceboks: I'm referring primarily to the storyline and endings of vs. games, which are mostly improbable and officially considered non-canon. Although I suppose you're right, neither Oni Akuma nor a fully-powered Morrigan have many appearances, making the second round a bit hard to gauge...

Morrigan murderstomps both rounds. Akuma would get beaten up by a B+ classer, let alone an S class demon like Morrigan.
