How would the Spirit of Divine Vengeance stand up to Dream it's self?
Location: Earth 1, Metropolis
Location: Morpheuse's realm
Both of these are slanted against Spectre. In Round One he's in his weakest form. Most people think DOV Spectre is one of his most powerful forms because of all the impressive things he did, when in reality it's his base state since he's unbound. And Round Two is in the Dreaming, so.....

Morpheus owns Spectre both times and owns him bad.
COIE Spectre was drawing on the power of Earth's mystics, not his own. Theoretically Dream should take him too.
@jigen879: Honestly after researching The Endless, I think he is. Death Destiny and Dream seem to be the most powerful of the Endless with Death stated on Panel to be far beyond the others in her power. You see, as powerful as The Spectre is, he still slightly below the Endless mentioned because he is was still created after the manifestations, and within the concepts of Death, Destiny, and Dream. At full power he will no doubt put up a fight against Dream, but Dream's very existence is beyond Spectre's scope. This kind of makes sense because The Endless are far mor powerful than 95% of Angels. You have Michael, Gabriel, and Lucifer who created DCU, placing them beyond concepts such as The Endless >>>>>>>The Endless>Spectre and certain other entities>>>>>>>>everyone else.
@rijehu: you should just put names. none of the endless are equal. the spectre should be able to beat despair in a fight without much problem, and desire with difficulty.
destruction and dream:
who can win in a fight: destruction.
who is more versatile: dream.
who has more power: dream.
who is more powerful: destruction
so I can not tell whether destruction should be above dream or not.
oh, and spectre looks like a kid compared to most of the endless.
though who do you mean by everyone else? the original source, the anti monitor?
