Moon Knight is in his "Mr. Knight" suit (no armor), and has a truncheon (with grapple) and 60 crescents.
Scalphunter starts off with a conventional assault rifle that he has built.
The two start off in opposite sides of the hedge maze from the Shining. They are both tasked with capturing or killing the other.
They can take their time immediately hunting the other down, or setting up an ambush, or in Scalphunter's case, building more weapons.
