Well if its full moon I have to give it to Moon Knight. But even if it is not he should still win he is the better fighter and his gadgets will help him out.

Perhaps I am wrong  I read some of moon knights comics  and ones he has been in  I thought he would be able to take on Bullseye.

I think Moon Knight can handle an armed bullseye if the American Eagle can paralyze him................but still, it would be a good fight.
