Moon knight vs Bullseye.

Bullseye gets about 30 ninja stars, 2 m16,2 combat knives, two katanas 
Moon knight gets  standard equipment 
Using current versions of both.

Old Mk, then Bullseye. The new one, MK with relative ease. Nothing that Bullseye can throw at him that his armor can't handle. MK for the win.

With his carbonadium armor, MK wins this easy

1) Old MK has demonstrated far superior skill and agility, and has even sported a superior armor (the all adamantium one). 
2) Current MK's armor has plenty of gaps and makes him far from invincible.

 
This needs a location and gear.  Plus, it's likely already been made before.

Moon Knight has beat Bullseye before. I have to say Moon Knight

Bullseye stomps. Current MoonKnight isn't nearly dodgy enough to evade Bullseyes attacks.
