Poison Ivy... isnt any tougher than any before mentioned MK villains

Killer Croc...no tougher than a handful of MK villains including Werewolf by Night

 Marc has business skills multi-tasking problems and solving them in seconds. He excels as a combat strategist....he is a great detective as well as making a lot of his own equiptment....he is also a very accomplished pilot....the man is damn smart....I still give you that batman is smarter...but MK is much more intelligent than people take him for.
