Hard, but I would go with team one. They have the slight edge on fighting, though Bucky Cap and Widow are close...

team one wins due to bucky even punisher would have no problem beating bucky in a h2h fight bucky is like the size of peter parker without super strenght

Team one ftw! if any of team one manage to get close within melee distance to gambit they can probably take him out.Daredevil is probably the best fighter here too and the most agile

Moon Knight has said he's beaten Widow before, Daredevil's reflexes are very high so he can probably avoid Gambit's playing cards and take him in hand-to-hand combat and Frank is smart enough to stalemate Bucky until his teammates come to help.

Mk can take anyone from team 2 and win. Same goes for daredevil. Frank imho can take bucky, though widow recently beat punisher so as of of now i put widow over him. The knights win 8/10 imho for round

round 2 goes to team 2 due to gambit. Punisher with no morals would shoot widow and bucky dead though

Round 2 mvps are punisher and gambit

Round 1- Team 1- Matt MVP

Round 2- Team 1 more often then not. Gambit makes things interesting though
