Monster Tournament (3 Spots Left)

Hello, monsters! This is a unrestricted, bloodlusted altercation between the most frightening of creatures in the universe. But as we know, only one monster can be the king....

First you must pick 4 characters. Monster characters must be characters who's appearences would be classified as monstrous or inhuman. It doesn't have to grotesque either. Beta Ray Bill (Marvel) would be monstrous with his semi-abnormal appearance and her personality. Societies and humanities consensus on these guys would be that they're monsters, based on their outer appearances. They don't exactly need to act like a typical, stereotyped monster either. But it does help convey the image of a monster. Look at Groot. Isn't he cute?

Stipulations / Rules:

• 1) Strength limited to 20 tons.
• 2) Durability is limited to that of a Multi City Block Level. Not including Energy Shields or Healing.
• 3) Movement, Combat, and Travel Speeds is limited to Mach 10. Reaction Speed is unrestricted (for the most part, I'd prefer no Massively Hypersonic's or FTL's).
• 4) Destructive Capacity is Multi-City Block Level.
• 5) Gear must fit above. This includes Armor, Shields, Weapons, ect.
• 6) May have 1 summon that fits above.
• 7) Telepathy/Precognition will be limited to reasonable levels. They can't be so powerful that they can't fight back.
• 8) Atomic Manipulation limited to reasonable levels.
• 9) Time Manipulation and Reality Warping is not allowed. No bullshit, overpowered none sense.
• 10) Teleport Killing, Shrink Killing, Telekinesis Killing, and Intangibility Killing is not allowed. You can attack those ways to harm or maim a character, you just cannot directly use it to kill that way in debates.
• 11) BFR is off.
• 12) All characters are in character.
• 13) Teamwork is a factor. Your team will have 1 month to train together.
• 14) Week and a half for every round.
• 15) Be sure to vote on others matches to keep votes going, and matches flowing.
• 16) Regeneration is limited to Mid Levels.

Overall Game Rules

• After a week or so the match is locked and users are free to vote.
• You need to give a sound reasoning in your vote why should that certain player win (you can be brief, though).
• Whoever has the most votes should win and advances to the next tier.

You'll have perks here!

Perk 1, Shadow Clone Ju-shit wrong place) You can clone one person on your team. This clone cannot possess the same unique gear of the original, think of it being born on the battlefield with nothing but military fatigues. They can have gear from the team if they share what's on them.

Perk 2, Trol-I Mean Prep, Yeah Prep Not Troll) Gives your team 1 hour to make a plan and or build stuff and explore the battlefield beforehand, the battlefield cannot be altered and additional knowledge can be gained.

Perk 3, I See You...) You're granted full knowledge of *three* of your opponents characters gear, powers, weaknesses etc.

Perk 4, Thank You Google Maps!) Can transport your characters any place on the given map.

Perk 5, Want A Zombie? Have A Zombie) Whenever you kill somebody they're rejuvenated as a zombie. The zombie doesn't have the powers of its previous life however, it still has its natural speed, durability, and strength. Is smart as a regular zombie, though.

Hiei might be Mountain buster as per Three Kings, he is at best a large building buster as Dark Tournament saga.

@those_eyes: In. However, I'm not sure if Mewtwo is allowed via the stipulations. Isn't he too powerful? If not, please ignore this comment. It's been a while since I've seen the Pokemon Anime or read the Manga.

@bullet_to_the_head: I'm sorry, but no. I'm thinking that they'll have to stay in the maps. However, the maps won't be your run-of-a-mill map. You'll actually have to plan out what you're doing in this map. Different maps will favor different perks and characters. Heres an example of a map that'll be in the Tourney (I'll be using this one). It's kinda going to like on SirFizzWhizz's tourney. What I mean is that instead of choosing what mission you want it's going to be what map you want.

@bullet_to_the_head: Actually I've already chosen them and one of them is a hell-like map. lol. But yeah, you're in. Sure, if you're not breaking rules you can have standard pred! gear. If it doesn't break the game you can have your character lose its superiority complex.

@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: He'll have to explicitly state that he'll change them. He'll only get kicked out if he goes into a match and it's uneven.

@dragonenton: But the idea is to manage stuff like this before it gets into a match.. if something is clearly above limits, it should be handled at this stage so it doesn't mess anything up.

@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: I've stated to him that if Mewtwo is above limits he needs to tell me. I'm aware of this. I have mentioned this to him and he needs to sort this out.

Also how is SPAWN not breaking the rules? He can only be hurt by two thing, Holy weapon cutting his head off and necroplasma

@bullet_to_the_head: Darkrai's attacks can be avoided. However, SirFizz is using incarnations of Spawn that'll fit the stipulations set.

@dragonenton: dark void (the move he uses to put opponents to sleep) has 100% accuracy in the game and can hit two people at once

@bullet_to_the_head: I don't think the game mechanics work like that. If were to do that it'd mean he can tag flash

I never use game feats like that in comic vine battles anyways. Only manga and anime feats with pokedex references.

Only move that would be almost unavoidable would be hypnosis since it sends out brain waves in a 360 degree angle or by looking into the eyes of the pokemon. So its up to you op if you want hypnosis allowed or not.

@those_eyes: You can use it if you were to limit its range/use. Also, Mewtwo and Rayquaza need to be changed.

@dragonenton: you mean Dexoys not Rayqaza
