@leo-343: I'd say Luffy. Speed is equalized, so Polymath probably won't get blitzed, but he's working under a severe strength disadvantage which is further enhanced by the fact that he likes to brawl and get close in on his oppenents, as he often holds a big physical advantage himself. Polymath can probably win by reigning down fire from above with his flight, but he would have to do that really of the bat (which he probably won't do), and even though Luffy can't fly, his expansion and rubber like qualities can aid in tagging the Polymath.
