• No outside help
• Current Strawhats (obviously, there's no second Luffy)
• Full knowledge for both sides
• All gear allowed (including Franky Shogun)
• Battlefield removal allowed
• Morals off
• Bloodlust off
• Winner by death

LOCATION:

Strawhats would stomp him

Zoro and Sanji combined is enough

Zoro and Usopp would be enough.

Spite. Luffy's strong, but he's nowhere near that strong.
