@mikep12: Lolll i never played Injustice but i've just seen the video of his super move and it's exactly how i imagined the scene with luffy xD

@lord44 take an advance from someone who played the game, it ROCKS, the only negative thing in it is the existence of Scorpion, which it differently doesn't feel right.

Nerf Zod's heat vision and other non blunt force attacks take away his flight bring down his speed a few notches then Luffy would have a shot but right now Zod has a lot of ways to win.

Zod stomps this so bad it ends 3 seconds after Zod sees Luffy.

i guess it depends on the level of nerfing

if i have to slow him down to such a degree, get rid of certain abilities and reduce his overall attackpower why start a thread in the first place`?

@ratava: makes sense but I've seen people comment on threads with fighters where all but their h2h abilities were nerfed.

Giving Characters Certain 'buffs' or Removing Powers

I generally don't have a problem with this, as long as it's not overdone. Things like upgrading certain characters to a certain physical levels, or removing powers for two opponents to gauge hand-to-hand skills is fine as long as the fight is fair in the process. However, giving people like Hulk the Power Cosmic or people like Nightwing a Green Lantern ring is unacceptable because neither character has displayed the skill and/or competence to use such weapons/items. That said, it would be difficult (and in most cases, nearly impossible) for people to debate. Threads of this nature will be locked if it becomes an issue.

Speed feats aside (it's debatable) Im pretty sure Luffy cant hit hard enough to actually hurt Zod.
