Master of Magnetism vs. the future King of the Pirates.

Luffy can use all forms of haki freely.

No prep time, just a chance encounter.

The fight is taking place in a junkyard.

Giving it to Magneto. Luffy's fast and strong enough to One hit KO Erik, but in a junkyard? Lots of sharp, metal objects all around. Until Luffy shows better ability with his foresight haki, I'm going to say Luffy gets impaled before he can land a hit.

But only barely. As in, Magneto's life flashes before his eyes before he realizes Luffy's dying.

Will magneto be able to follow luffy if he decides to use speed, or goes gear 2?

I mean, if guys like Blueno couldn't follow Jet pistol, I find it hard to believe magneto can. I'm not sure if he will even get the chance to utilise the junk in the yard..
