I'm of the opinion that Mongul Sr can give Darkseid a pretty close fight if he's alowed some prep time, so with his Son around to be a meatshield, I think he can manage a win by a narrow margain.
Darkseid stomps them both, Jr is a joke who get's punked by Superman every chance he can get, Sr as long as it isn't PC wasn't far from his son's status. Omega beams will do to them what they did to Doomsday and worse since they cannot be resurrected.
Darkseid easily, Mongul feel's like the poor man's Darkseid. From intellect, ability and how there viewed by others Darkseid is simply better than the Mongul's.
Darkseid outclasses Mongul in every way. Better strength, better durability, better death ray, more versatility, better speed, maybe even better fighting skills. The only chance the duo has is if Jr has his rings.

I understand that both Monguls have had they're low showings but this is Mongul Jr. with rings and they both have prep. I'm not saying they'll win I just dont think it'll be as easy as you think. By the way didnt Mongul jr beat up Sinesto but then he activated a fail safe in the rings in order to imprison him.
