And you can't say the AM is far above Galactus, cause that's not true at all. COIE Anti-Monitor is far above Galactus, but that's cause he spent alot of time destroying multiple universes and absorbing them, thus making him much more powerfull each time! So, if Galactus continued doing the same thing, devouring Planet after planet, he'd gain more power each time, just like the AM. Actually even the SCW AM is far above Galactus Regardless of how watered down he may have been, hes still a multiversal thread and a universe buster, Marvel one time stated that if you remove all of Galactus armor the energies he would have inside of him would be equivalent to a small star

No, Galactus' main body would just look like a star. Not the equivalent of it. Cause a single star can't obliterate multiple galaxies. Galactus gives people more power than a single star. That armor is just to regulate his body and allow him to feed more easily. Galactus at full power can destroy the universe. A fully powered Tyrant is a notch or two below Galactus.
Plus Monarch doesnt have to overpower Tyrant even though he could He could easily dump him anywhere in the multiverse he chooses Hes also a techno path and could control Tyrant and make him apart of his army
