Zues & Odin > Monarch, Id imagine they should be able to over come Darkseid as well. Team 2 for the win.

He was able to overpower and take the powers of both pre-crisis Mordru and time trapper and killed the pantheons of gods on multiple conquered worlds for there power before the time skip so I say team 1 has this.
