We don't know whether Ruby is affected by TP while in her ruby form or not, to the best of my knowledge. Without knowing that, I don't know that we can really say the winner definitively. If Ruby tries to attack Emma with the optic blast, Emma could easily go to diamond form, where I'm assuming she won't be affected and it takes Ruby time to recharge. This would probably end up as a h2h fight and I can see Ruby pulling the majority for that, but without knowing if she's affected by telepathy, then I don't think that we can actually have a definitive outcome.

I'd go with Ruby and not just because I think she's hot. She'll have more knowledge of Emma than vice versa. If Emma's organic then Ruby can press her into taking diamond form with her optic blasts and then take her with her superior hand to hand skills. Also, I think Ruby would have a psychological edge if she reveals Emma's her mother due to Emma's lingering survivor's guilt over the Hellions. The idea of attacking her daughter while recalling the deaths of her other "children" might make her hesitant.

Ruby is resistant to TP in Ruby form, so Emma will most likely get into diamond form. Ruby uses her blasts but Emma's diamond form is un-affected. They then fight it out in which case Ruby is superior.
