I'd say Mogo due to his ring.

Going to go with Mogo. Don't know much about Ego, but I'm thinking that Mogo has the size advantage. Plus, he has the most powerful weapon in the universe at his disposal.

Thor/Hulk goes so far that it's lead to many a thread being hijacked.

@JonSmith: Because There have been threads made on here with Video games characters. Plus Tekken has there own comics as well as Mortal Kombat does too. So they kinda does have relevance to this site. Have you seen the Mortal Kombat vs Marvel threads on here plus in the off-topic as well?

@terry2012: Can't say that I have. Only overlap I've ever seen between either of those franchises and comics was the DC vs Mortal Kombat game. Which I never played.

There even a thread on here with Bruce Lee vs Hercules. Just click the battle button at the top of this page, and when you get there just scroll down and you will see it.

I didn't think MK vs. DCU was as bad as the majority said. It had blood which confuses the heck out of me when people say there's none.

But more importantly, it breathed fresh air into the series cause it's not limited to left and right, and the fighters have styles instead of being essentially the same character with different special moves. It kept 3's combo system without being impossible to beat arcade mode on very hard.

I liked it. The Kombo Challenges are a pain though.
