Who is the better swordsman?

I only know him from the TMNT series, but to get some conversation started I think Jack takes it. It wouldn't be a stomp but they are pretty similar and I believe jack has shown more impressive feats.

Does Usagi even have a weapon that can withstand jacks blades strikes? Ignoring skill which even then jack surpasses him, how will he hold his own?
