So guys this is a Mixed Tier Pick Your Player Tournament. If you are interested please join

General Rules:

• *.No Reality Warping, Time Manipulation, unavoidable instakills, Teleportation Hax, Possession, Power Mimicry/Absorption, soul attacks
• *.In character unless proper perks are obtained.
• *.Over Powered Hax should be approved by me.
• *.Minimal Nerfing Only!
• *.Must be able to be killed or knocked out.
• *.None of the Flashes, Zooms, Sentry and Dr.Doom.
• *.No BFR or BFD.
• Points given to purchase Characters: 20

HIGH TIER-10

• *.Cannot be able to physically solo Superman, Thor, or Hulk under normal conditions.
• *.Power output limited to Planet Busting.
• *.TP is limited to J'onn's level.
• *.Regeneration is limited to Cell(DBZ) level.
• *.No organic Molecular Manipulation and non organic Molecular Manipulation is restricted to Small Building level.
• *.TK is limited to 5 tons.
• *.Most Hax Allowed.

MID TIER-5

• *.Can't physically solo Thing, She Hulk or Namor under normal conditions.
• *.Regeneration is limited to Piccolo level.
• *.Strength is limited to 100 tons.
• *.Power output is limited to Mountain Busting.
• *.Speed is limited to Mach 25.
• *.TP is limited to Aquaman level.
• *.No Molecular Manipulation.
• *.TK is Restricted to 1 ton.
• *.Limited Hax Allowed.

STREET TIER-1

• *.Can't physically solo Deathstroke, Wolverine or IronFist under normal conditions.
• *.Strength is limited to 15 tons.
• *.Speed is limited to Mach 5.
• *.Power output is limited to Tank Busting.
• *.No Offensive TP (mind reading and mind linking is OK).
• *.No TK.
• *.No Hax.
• Any character that breaks the limits and was snuck in somehow will be DQ'd, you have been warned!!!

Team Perks: These are the perks you get depending on your team constructions.

*.DC YOU:You get this perk if you buy only DC characters. DC has got a type of comicbook for everyone even YOU!!! You get to choose a Mid tier DC character that suits you.

*.Avengers Earth's mightiest hero's: You get this perk if you buy only Marvel characters. Because of being a member of Avengers you get to prep in StarkTower for 30 mins.

*.Novels are better: You get this perk if you buy only novel characters. Novels are always more indepth than their movie/manga counterparts. You get full knowledge of your enemies.

*.The Gamer Rage: You get this perk if you buy only videogame characters. Due a hard level or lag your blood is boiling you want to smash everything up. One character of your team is bloodlusted.

*.The Otaku: You get this perk if you only buy Anime/Manga characters. Everyone around you think that you are a nerd or weirdo, nobody understands you but, dont you worry there are more people like you who understand you. You get perfect team work.

*.Reality check: You get this perk if you buy only Live Action characters. Those are real humans guys, you got to save then at any cost. Your whole team is morals off.

*.The Good guys: You get this perk if you buy only good characters. Being a good guy you get a lot of favours. You get 20 points to spend at the Battle armament.

*.Mwahahaha: You get this perk if you buy only evil characters. Since you are an ally of the dark side of force Darth Sidious is willing to teach a member of your team how to defend against a telepath of his level.

*.I am Special: You get this perk if you are unable to meet the criteria of other perks. You get to choose a Team perk of your wish.

Battle Requirements: You are given 50 points to spend on Battle Armaments and Special Shopping.-

*Battle Armament:

*.Star Wars Mini Pack(10): 2 Lightsabers and 2 Imperial Reflectes Rifle's.

*.Star Wars Pack(50): 3 Lightsabers, 3 IRR's and a starfighter.

*.Batbelt(5): 15 normal batarangs, 5 explosive batarangs, 2 smoke pellets, 2 pellet grenades, a batclaw and a rebreather.

*.Batmobile(20): Tumbler.

*.Vibranium Pack(20): Cap's shield, a vibranium micro weave mesh suit and a pair of vibranium daggers.

*.Omnitrix(50): original omnitrix with original 10 aliens.

*Special Shopping:

*.Manga over novel(30): You decide to read manga instead of novel due to which you have 1 day to prep for battle.

*.Movie over novel(10): You decide to watch movie instead of novel due to which you have 5 hours to prep for battle.

*.Aint nobody got time for that(25): You can reduce the prep time of your opponent by half.

*.Misaka Network(15): Due to Misaka network you now have basic knowledge about everyone.

*.Beyond the Source(20): Due to Studying under the Source you have full knowledge about everyone.

*.Tricked(30): Your team have been tricked out of their base by your opponents, now your whole team is bloodlusted for them.

*.Bonding with the Gang(15): You spend time bonding with your gang due to which you now have perfect team work.

i'm interested to know what is teleportation hax... because i've never seen or heard anyone ever restricting teleportation in battles where high tiers are allowed.

@ssj_god: Teleportation hax means Telefrag i.e. Sasuke teleporting a sword into Madara or slicing a person into to using portals.

@flash1812: awww I forgot about it bro it was a long time ago. Well I will come up with a Team shortly.

ohh.. alright......should've said telefrag in the first place... cause hax is a very vague term.

@ssj_god: Yeah but well this is just a copy of a tourney me and Flash made a long ago, at that time I was not proficient in Comic/Manga terms soo I used Tele Hax instead.

@ssj_god: Well most high tiers cannont break through high level TK shields, that is the reason I restricted it.

The Hax we banned are almost unavoidable by high-street tiers, we wanted to give everyone a fair chance.

Ok... So you think the hax you banned are almost unavoidable by high street characters... But accelerator's hax can be avoided by high street characters? ..not questioning though... Just saying....

And why is tk shield a problem? Coz characters have other kinds of shields too (example: magnetic shield, gravity shield, energy shield.. Yada yada).. Did tk shield do anything in perticular to offend you that you thought of restricting only it? :D

@ssj_god: by high-street I mean High to Street and a average Human has beaten Accel :p

anyhow if a majority objects I will not use Accel thats the reason I provide 2 characters for the first plot.

Most High tiers dont actually have shields with extreme durability example GL has shields but Supes has broken through them but TK shields are different example Sue's.

I have no prob with accel.. But if you want to use hax.. You should also allow to use hax too (i'm talking about the restricted hax)

Tk shields are the same... You just need to argue on the power.... For instance... Superman will also break through sue's shield

@ssj_god: they can atleast try to overpower Accel until power in his chocker runs out but tell me how in the living world are most of the high tiers if not all are going to stand against reality warping or time manip?

I mean Sue can use TK to attack from inside.

Reserve Multiple man and Magneto. I reserve Ant-man if he is street level, i don't know much about the guy. Reserve X-Mens Rogue She should be mid-tier, correct?

What tier is Magneto? I assume high tier now that look at some feats, never knew he was so physically strong and durable w/o his shield...

Edit: Rogues stealing touch would fall under Power Mimicry/Absorption wouldn't it?

Reserve Nightcrawler and Longshot if they are street level, i think they are - I am not sure about longshot, he might be high-tier street level and would his luck enhancing probability factor be considered reality warping?

I don't know why Flash limited so many things. To be honest? With this tournaments rules Andrew isn't even 5 points. He's more of a one (mainly due to limits and lack of high end feats). The only thing good he has is durability (and that's mostly in the form of shields). I also don't know why you'd ever choose a one point character. I'd love to use Saturn Girl, but all she has is telepathy (which for some reason is banned from one points).

So my team should look more like...

So... Do I get another DC Mid-Tier (or any mid-tier for that matter)? With that in mind I'll also take Poison-Ivy (1), Nemesis (1), Midnighter (1), Zealot (1), and Crimson Avenger Carlyle (1).

If I get another mid-tier then I'll take Princess Amethyst. The only problem is that Amethyst has a lot of implied power. This isn't really shown though. She usually has problems with normal fodder, but then she has instances where she holds her own against Mordru, one-shots Hell Lords, and takes out entire armies with a single spell. The thing is that she's lacking in the physical/defense department (with no notable feats that come to mind). I also see John Constantine be consider for 5 points so... @beatboks1 you're well versed in magic DC stuff right? With these limitations how would you rank Princess Amethyst (I'm just hoping you know who the character actually is).

If anyone has a problem with my one point characters then I might switch them out for a mid-tier.

First of all.. Sue uses force field.. Not exactly tk .. Secondly.. Sue creating inside force fields are covered by restricting unavoidable instakill.. So she can't use it... I'm not getting what tk shield did wrong and other type of shields didn't

@zerosuituser: I am the one who restricted things and even then many street levelers can be useful like pre 52 constantine, reed and batman with prep or BP with his energy daggers among others. The DCYOU perks gives you a mid tier from DC. What her consistent feats.

@ssj_god: if its fully awakened Accel I would have written White/Black winged Accel, I did not soo yeah he is the normal one.

Teleportation Hax(Teleportation like Minato is allowed): most of the Telefrags are instakill, Possession: unavoidable, Power Mimicry/Absorption: using Amazo or Rogue or others to absorb opponents powers will only make endless debate of who will use the power more resourcefully can they adapt to etc etc, soul attacks: most are instakills.

There is still force chok, dumping planets worth materiel on the enemy, restricting their movements without any effort etc... Ya see they are somewhat OP.

Cell's level of regeneration? They'd be unbeatable then, wouldn't they? Cell can regenerate from a single atom.
