@Wario88: Sinister is one of the five most skilled and experienced telepaths in the X-Men Universe. Sinister can defeat Wolverine telepathically. Sinister is also a telekinetic. Sinister can rip Wolverine in half with his telekinesis. There are many other ways that Sinister could win. I am too lazy to list the other possibilities.
