I have no idea who Lord Havok is but Gillen's recent Sinister is an absolute Beast especially with prep, the dude had an army of mutants that could have challenged the Earth if it wasn't for that pesky Phoenix but he even prepped for his own death.

Read Lord Havok and the Extremists. He was one of the memebers of Monarch's army. He's pretty much like Doom as he can negate super powers and he's a beast with prep, too. Though, he doesn't have the sheer feats of Doom.
