Mr. Fantastic can choke Mr. Incredible by wrapping his face, even without prep. In the film, Mr. Incredible holds his breath while swimming away from some kind of threat.

@blackdemon: Reed .. i like Reed.. besides when Reed wrapped wolverine (in Wolverine, enemy of the state story arc) wolverine wasnt able to tear Mr. Fantastic with his claws, he can pretty much do that same Mr. Incredible, sooner or later Mr. Incredible would suffocate to death . :)

With prep, we all know what happens :)
