Hellboy, he is far more durable, has high pain tollerence and he can lift 10 tons, he also is pretty fast and he has a gun.

Stretch armstrong could kill Mr Fantastic.

Mr fantastic lures him to the backster building and banishes him to Negitive zone.

As far as I am aware, Hellboy has nothing at his disposal that is capable of doing any harm to Mr Fantastic. 
 
Mr F, on a similar note, would have trouble overcoming Hellboy's durability and healing factor, but he would manage to knock him out eventually. Mega-sized fists slamming him into the pavement, slingshotting him across the city, etc.
