Mister Fantastic v Ultimate Colossus

Battle takes place in a Post Apocalyptic city..  (image below) 
 
Mister Fantastic & Colossus (Ultimate & at peak level threw out) are the last two males on the planet after a horrific & Bloody war against an unknown Alien force & had at first thought they were the only last remaining humans at that untill they find out Elektra has survived too.. 
This leads to a feud amongst the two males as to who will be Elektras new partner & soul mate.. 
The two decide to fight it out old style Mano a Mano/H2H & the winner will claim Elektra as his new bride. 
 
The Rules - Mr F cannot come up with a weapon/Tech can only use his powers/skills to fight. 
The city is void of any power but as u can see its full of rubble the characters can use to their advantage if need be.. 
No BFR..  
Fighters start 1 mile apart east to west of the large building in the centre..
Fight to the Death,KO or Surrender..

Mr. Fantastic's powers are ridiculous, he'll get pounded into a pancake by Collossus then we can call this fight good.  Guy cant fight unless he has prep.

Collossus will just tear Mr. Fantastics jiggly arms off the his neck and smash him and kill him..

Just how stretchy is Mr Fantastic? I'm thinking Colossus has the strength and durability to hold off whatever Reed can throw at him in hand to hand. Could he tie one of Reed's arms up in some sort of quadruple tripple double knot, stretch him until he cant stretch him any longer, tie his other arm up in the same kinda of knot, then go back to the middle of Reed's body and let rip with an almighty punch, snapping Reed in two. When things are stretched to their limit they break easily.
I cant think of any other way either of these two could KO the other

Reed can incapacitate Colossus. Colossus can't do a thing.

I think all Reed has to do is stall or keep away long enough for the MGH to run out.

Pretty sure Reed has more stamina than Colossus.
