No, I can't stand the JL "Batgod" most times. If he pulled off some of his feats in his normal Batman title, Gotham would be crime free in a week.

Doom wins without effort. No prep needed.

Doom has an arsenal of weapons, can cast magical spells and rules his own country. Carol is strong and fast and can fly. She'd end up in his dungeon in under an hour.

Doom stomps. Even without prep he'd win.
