Ghost Rider (Danny Ketch) 
 
The fight takes place outside the Xavier Institute. Miss Martian's speed is reduced to 50%. No prep or BFR. Each side is aware of the other's powers. Everyone is bloodlusted, fight is to the death. 
Who wins?

 Physically Miss Martian was able to dominate Supergirl, however I agree that she gets dropped by Ghost Rider

lol sorry about that.  I do agree that Ghost Rider can be formidable but there are plenty of characters that can beat him in both DC and Marvel
