She has more than just electro powers, she has the powers of electromagnetism. One of the most badass abilities in fiction.

Misaka should win

She can actually shoot faster than that, but she generally holds back against people because she's not trying to kill them. She can also take the iron particles from sand and make them vibrate and use them like a chainsaw. Misaka is like if Magneto and Storm had a child.

The difference between Misaka and Electro, is Electro can turn himself into energy. Misaka can't at present. I haven't gotten too far into the manga, but it's possible if she reaches Level 6 her powers will have reached a completely new threshold. It'd be like an Omega Level mutant in Marvel I would think.

A level 6 is an artificial angel if we based on Accelerator.

@reikai: Misaka haven't became a Level 6(Accelerator did in the novels)and IF Misaka did became a Level 6 then she be pretty OP in my opinion.

Spidey wins, he's easily Thor level or above, since he quite easily stomped without effort people like Dr Doom, The Thing, Hulk and he has MFTL++++++++ speed if not higher. He in fact perception blitzed Daredevil who can perceived in nanoseconds, Quicksilver who can perceived in PICOSECONDS, and Silver Surfer and Firelord
