Well Mirage universe Leo killed Shredder although I don't remember if Oroku was already weakened. IDW Leo seems faster and that could really help here.

I'll wait to see what others think.

Leo killed a improve shredder, and then Leo fought in the Nexus which held the greatest warriors in the universe before Mirage TMNT was canceled.

I think they are comparable, though in time Leo from IDW may as well surpass.
