Nothing that Silver Surfer hasn't seen before, if Mint-Berry Crunch had any problem with defeating this version of Cthulu then he has no chance against Surfer.

Cthulu is supposed to be an elder god who predates the universe and can almost manipulate all that there is in existence. I'm not convinced that this south park version of it is anywhere close to being as powerful and to that end isn't a very impressive feat for a battle against Silver Surfer.
Cthulu shown his reality warping powers on south park...he instantly teleported the coon and friends 2 another dimension. he was unaffected by all military attempts and could snap his fingers and murdered cities...and MBC still beat him...MBC displayed respectable feats that makes this a debatable battle
Cthulhu is Cthulhu as he is now public access. Mint-Berry Crunch defeated the real Cthulhu and as such he would destroy Surfer with his fusion of Mint and Berry.
