Minimum Power-level Required To Defeat Solar (Valiant)?

The guy has some incredible feats just wondering who the weakest character is that could beat him.

Solar (Valiant Comics):

Conditions:

• Morals Off
• Solar is not playing around
• No Prep
• Random Encounter
• Win is by KO, Death or Incap

What is the weakest character it would take to beat Solar?

@strider92: My Bad, I was talking about the Dark Horse version of Solar as that's the one you used in the OP. If we are using the Valiant Version, you be hard-pressed to find someone to beat him, he was a multiversal scale reality warper, so it have to be someone around that power level

Hes was beaten by a Brick Wall lol then ended up killing Karate Kid.
