First, welcome. Second, sadly no he doesn't. Madara EMS without Edo Feats has very few feats. And even with Perfect Susano'o, Minato has Kurama and can match him, not to mention is much faster than anything Madara's dealt with at this point.

@saint_of_origin: Thanks!! Yea i wouldnt doubt Minato abilities. But does madara having the ability to control Karama plays in effect? Even though minato is one of the fastest ninjas ever madara does have the EMS so itll be interesting to see that plays out.
