I'm actually going to side with beast.....

He's classed as a 20 tonner. IDK if he lives up to those stats honestly beyond one feat of harming a sick Hulk.

I dare say beast is more competent.....I think his combat showings are better. But more than that his enhanced senses cancel out Miles stealth, I think his strength feats are better, and I think he is more agile.

Even if Hank is quite good at fighting, I gotta say. Read Astonishing X-Men for example, he almost took out Danger only by himself.

Miles Morales has too many feats, he should win this fight.
