Mike Tyson vs 1 League of Assassins ninja (Arrow)
This aint fair on the ninja and Seriously when will boxers stopped being lowballed, tyson will beat nolan bats, arrow all in h2h
The ninja's training and physical abilities offset the boxing disadvantage. And it's not even like Tyson was THAT great of a boxer, he relied on power and intimidation, once you get passed the first few rounds with him he's spent and you have the advantage.
@nickzambuto: really? intimidation? He relied on neck strength perfect dodgin and in general great infighting... he would one shot a ninja.. with no gloves on he would probably kill a person (shatter his own fist as well)
Tyson curbstomps the ninja. Fact: flashy asian martial arts arent that useful in real combat, specially against other trained martial artist that practice heavy hitting martial arts. Muai Thai, for example, or Kickboxing, are much better for real life combat. Boxing is the same. A boxer is trained to wreck you in a couple of hits while dodging and tanking hits.
Stop downballing real martial arts and overrating flashy movies/anime martial arts.
Most ninjas werent even full professionals.
@nickzambuto: I too take issue with that comment. Do not compare Tyson to his video game counterpart. Iv seen multiple showings of him outright ghosting people's combos right in their face. Don't take the fact that he's ended so many fights with one blow as it being his only move...on the contrary, that many fights ended in one good hit because he's honestly that good. The dude's game is tight
@stormdriven: HAHAHAHAHAHAA.
@lukehero: I honestly felt like Laurel could have taken one

What the actually F***.
That's like saying "once you avoid all the bullets, it's not that big a deal."
Or "All you have to do is get out of the burning building."
You are talking about a guy that went 5 years unbeaten. 37 fights before is first ever lose. 58 total fights 44 KO's. 20 years of total experience. Serious, what the hell do you even mean "that great."?
Training and physical abilities? Tyson at his prime was 220 with more than a decade of nonstop training and fights. As his record shows, it only would take him catching this ninja 1 time and game over.
From what I've seen those ninjas were dodging gunfire from point blank range by essentially break dancing around it. If that's what they're like usually I don't see how Tyson could ever tag one baring a huge amount of luck. That kind of coordination, skill and speed is simply outside of what a real life person can possess.
@alphaq: those ninjas were being shot by the dozen by both arrows and guns and arrow causally beat 3 at h2h at the same time and arrows combat speed is nowhere near tysons

That is only because of the physical capabilities of actor and stuntman, they are clearly meant to be much faster. Tyson does take one of the guards from last episode, possibly the guy, who got killed by Detective Lance. That guy who killed himself in the first episode with Nyssa, probably beats him.
@stahlflamme: so we use feats and if that is the speed of the stuntmen then thats the speed they fight simple, using your logic nolan bats is the greatest fighter in the world because theyslowed it down so you could see better whats happening, end of story tyson has way better speed combat feats than arrow

Has he ever reacted to anything as fast as an arrow? Dodged something the speed of a bullet? Fought a dozen people at once. Lots of people in arrow can do it. Doubt the stuntmen can, but the characters no problem.
