why the hell would you give midnighter that much prep, in a random encounter he would only have trouble with the symbiotes, with two full weeks of prep time, they are gonna die before he even gives his little speech, heck they wont even be able to read the little cards

The symbiotes would probably be the only things that would give him trouble...but with two weeks prep, I am sure he could come up with something.  The rest die in a spectacularly speedy fashion.  Midnighter takes the win.

Now an entity who had all their powers and was being manned by Kraven should defeat Midnighter.
