wolverine wins midnighter gets overrated batman and wolverine have just as many good feats but they get labeled pis but midnighter gets to keep his pis moments not on my watch either wolverine taking on thor gladiator and hulk all count or the midnighter doesn't get his apollo feat which is really all people go to in this debate midnighter can't keep wolverine down and he can't read wolverine once he goes berserk at the end of the day wolverine kicks midnighter's head down the street it will take awhile and midnighter will hurt wolverine real real bad but he will tire first and will die.

He "punked" kid gladiator because of a weakness inherent only to his race, midnighter does not possess this weakness so you bringing it up here just makes you look bad.

Midnighter can calculate all possible actions by his opponent and come up with a way to deal with them. Unless Wolverine can violate the laws of physics or is just plain faster and better (which he's not), Midnighter will win.

Even if he's completely unpredictable, there's still only a limited number of things he can do to attack. Midnighter will have run all of these as simulations and be ready. It's not really about "predicting", but more about coming up with counter-moves for every possible scenario. And, he's faster on top of that, so even if Wolverine does something unexpected, Midnighter can react to it before Wolverine can counter.

I know Wolverine is hard to keep down, but a KO will suffice for a win here.
Even Punisher could put Wolverine away with just a gun. While Wolverine's skeleton cant be damaged, the rest can. His eyes can be torn out... and he wont see. Same for his entire face. Try moving with no muscles.
Midnighter is smart and brutal, even more so than Punisher. He will make Wolverine wish he could die.
Midnighter is cool an all but Wolverine is always beaten to a pulp and finds his way back to the fight he's been punched to heck by hulk and stuff and continued battling and fought other great power houses wolverine's skeleton and healing factor makes me believe he takes a slim majority it's all good and well that midnighter has the battle computer but wolverine has a will much like rocky marciano lol the guy just takes a hell of a lot of pain to score shots into his opponents and i do think once he gets his shot into midnighter the adamantium claws are gonna damage him.

There is no limit on Midnighter's ability, so Midnighter can cut him in half with door. Do his bones regenerate also? Either ways, while at that state, Midnighter is basically won by incapacitation. He could also send him into space with his door. If you say that Wolverine wins, it means that there's 0 chance of Midnighter ever beating him. That is just not true, but if there's even a 0.5 percent chance of Midnighter win, he would win. His computer allows him to see millions of possibilities then working backward to give him the win. Midnighter's power is his battle computer which allow him to fight Wolverine in millions of scenario. If Midnighter is really serious, Wolverine wouldn't even be able to touch him. He can move faster than speedsters. Midnighter can just remove all of wolverine flesh.
As for the fight with Nightwing, it was full of PIS. The writer himself acknowledge that Nightwing CAN'T beat Midnighter, so he himself was trying to justify a reason to give Nightwing a win. Midnighter wasn't knocked out by the punch from Nightwing, but from the implant. Nightwing himself was knocked out by it without anyone punching him. Switching fighting style shouldn't affect Midnighter either. Zealot who knows thousand years of fighting experience and mastered many martial arts couldn't confuse Midnighter.

He didn't have the battle computer during that time. Midnighter's battle computer is something new to him during Nightwing's arc. He never mentioned about the battle computer, and his ability was a bit different during the Stormwatch series in the new 52.
wolverine midnighter can't keep wolverine down and he will tire first plus if wolverine goes beserk midnighter wount be able to read him his brain activity will light up in all areas.
Midnighter doesn't put out of the sort of damage to put a character like Wolverine down. His WSU version was the greatest most vague powerset in the history of comics. He mostly beat characters of note by ambush or distraction(R-rated 90's superheroes have problems like you and me distraction). He also beat up mostly fodder in the Punisher Universe. I give that he has some cool showings but really nothing he's done says he's taking out Wolverine. Winter is probably his best showing and it really means nothing. His powerset is more destructive not about damage intake. I do respect the stalemates. Wildstorm was far more careful in respecting their characters not so much in being a sustainable universe. However his Apollo and recent'ish Man hunter showing is sort of ridiculous considering their durability levels.

The battle computer is amazing for combat but it's not a trump card people make it out to be. If always in a universe that had recurring villains of high caliber(high caliber villains he actually killed no just nameless) he would lose(as he's has lost).

Damage output? Door, Wolverine explode in space or cut wolverine in half with it.
Midnighter is faster enough to incapacitate Wolverine more than once, during that time, he wouldn't just stand there and wait for him to heal, he could have remove all of his organs, throw it in space or something or just door everything into space close to to sun or something.
He can't kill named or important characters for obvious reasons. It's comic book after all, they need those characters for other stories.
