Midnighter vs thor both start 3 miles apart, and are hunting each other through the streets of down town chicago Midnighter can use the carrier doors 3 times during the match and also has Gorgon's Godkiller sword. Both know the limits of each other powers and thor knows about godkiller NO BFR, Thor cannot destory the city win is by death

Don't know about the godkiller sword so I can't much comment on that. I'm assuming it's powerful enough to kill Thor / a god with a couple well aimed swipes?

Without the sword, he gets punted into orbit.

supposedly can kill anything at all. it was made to be capable of taking on Mikaboshi.

According to both the comicvine and marvel wiki information, Godkiller has only been claimed to make a god bleed, not actually kill one.

Even so. Midnighter can get to, surprise, or attack him more easily with it.

as much as I love Midnighter he isn't beating Thor under these conditions, i'm sorry but he just isn't.

Midnighter separates Thor's head from his body.

Thor wins. Thor swings his hammer twice the speed light when Midnighter uses a door to get behind him. Hammer connects. Midnighter is obliterated. Boring fight.

Midnighter is too overrated, i am now hating him due to this level of wank,and Thor curbstomps him without even lifting a finger,he just sends mjolnir to beat the midnighter to death,jane foster Thor has done it,so real Thor should be able to do it also
