the shadow is dope but midnighter is on a whole different level. the shadow doesnt have the physical abilities to fight midnighter and his telepathy works on the weak minded if im not mistaken

Old Post, but no, his powers do not work on weak minded. some other media versions sure, but in Dynamite comics version shown his cloud minds work on a Psychic dragon with incredible psy powers.

This is a good match. Midnighter is faster, stronger, and blunt durability.

Shadow has soul reading, and super advance precog in real time that counters the battle computer easy. his Cloud Minds makes him invisible to the senses, with total misdirection. Shaodw like wise can win by simply speaking, which mind controls anyone with no mental resistance. Shadow is also a good shot with above peak human speed, add that with his Cloud Minds makes him a ambush expert.

Midnighter looks better on paper, but Shadows hax can more than takes wins.

RIP shadow, unless there are feats that say otherwise

@vivide: Precog, Soul Reading, Cloud Minds, and Mind Control say otherwise. Unless midnighter has shown mind control and telepathy attack resistances, and strong ones at that.

@sirfizzwhizz: I have to read more shadow, I'm a much bigger fan of him than midnighter but I don't feel like he can keep up. If midnight doesn't have psi blocks I would lean more towards shadow
