Whether is New 52 or Wildstorm Midnighter i'm pretty sure this is a mismatch. Task is out of his league here.
Probably the only way Taskmaster can win this battle is by watching Zealot at work & then trying to match her fighting skill.
@The_Soverighn: I'm a Taskmaster fanboy lol. I created a respect thread to him here I know what he can do but that doesn't change the fact that speed is the only thing he has over Midnighter (assuming we're talking New 52 version? Wildstorm is probably faster) and even then he can only do it for short bursts before harming himself. Midnighter was fast enough to tag Martian Manhunter and strong enough to KO Hawksmor (who I believe is an 80 tonner with durability to match). Taskmaster is a mid to high tier street leveler. Midnighter is in that grey area beyond street level but not quite city level.
As much as the fanboy in me wants to say Taskmaster my brain is saying Midnighter should win this without much trouble.

Not necessarily. Zealot had the H2H skill and physicality to compete with Midnighter. Taskmaster is just peaked human and utilization of Zealots combative skills shouldn't do much to keep Midnighter from physically overwhelming him.
Midnighter.
