Skulduggery has full prior knowledge, 1 day prep and has morals off. He can use whatever he manages to get his hands on in the fight. He also has any other standard equipment. Midnighter is in character with no prior knowledge and 3 hours prep, same thing as Skul equipment wise. Win by any means.
