Why would it be stalemate? Unless Rhino's face is durable now or he has his anti-Midnighter horn.

I wasn't clear on what current Rhino's durability was. If it hasn't changed, then Midnighter shouldn't have a problem.

Midnighter's speed works in quick bursts, which plays in Rhino's flaw of not turning fast.

Idk how Strong M is, doubt as strong as Spiderman, however, M can out smart him.

Midnighter's strikes are superhuman. Even if he managed to protect his face, I still see Midnighter hurting him.

Midnighter does stomp this but rhino isn't as weak to the face as everyone thinks. He has taken multiple punches to the face from an enraged spider-man, Luke cage (with out his hide), and hulk has slammed his face in the ground. 

 
Again midnighter does win this easily (Probably a stomp).

I hate midnighter ... put him against non-street levelers please ... he wins damn near everymatch w/ "doors" ... he is like karate kid ... in theory street leveler in reality way beyond it ...

that is also true though. CAP knocking him out with a kick was pis.

But if Spidey can beat rhino consistently, so can midnighter.

Rino has a lot of showings that seem really low. Does that mean he's weak, or just prone to PIS and CIS? I'm not sure, but either way Midnighter should win. Its just a matter of how difficult.
